CERTIFIED LOAN SIGNING AGENT

A Notary signing agent is a Notary who is specially trained to handle and notarize loan documents.

 For lenders, Notary signing agents are the critical final link to complete the loan.

 

A notary public witnesses signatures, charges per signature witnessed, and applies her seal to the document.

 

A loan signing agent witnesses signatures AND knows how to walk a borrower through the loan signing process.

She makes certain all required signatures are in place, notarizes the appropriate documents, returns documents to the lender, escrow, or title company, and charges a fee for the entire package.

 

I am certified as a Notary Signing Agent (NSA) through the National Notary Association (NNA), am background screened and carry Errors and Omissions Insurance.
